3 on 3 basketballA message from Enfield MPS:

We are holding a basketball competition at Edmonton Green Leisure Centre on Saturday 10th November from 3pm. The event is aimed at 14 – 24year olds, but open to older age groups as well.

The event is designed to bring the community together and deliver some positive messages about serious youth violence. We are supporting the Godwin Lawson Foundation, a local charity which delivers awareness/ diversion training in our schools. Godwin, from Enfield tragically was fatally stabbed when he stood up for his friends. Godwin’s mum Yvonne will be open the event, along with other special guests.

It’s a round robin style tournament so no matter what, people will get about 6 or so games win or lose
